  • Sherri Wright transitioned five years ago. She was sixty-six years old.
  • University sophomore Kaisha Gaunderman checks her hair before her performance as a one of the "Naughty Bois" in the University of Oregon student drag show. Put on by the University of Oregon student group LGBTQA in order to promote sexual orientation awareness.
  • Each dance is composed of a variety of moves and steps determined by the caller. Dancers must take lessons to learn the steps before they can participate in any of the dances.
  • Matt Atwood walks through puddles that formed on the Taylor Dune trail south of Florence, Oregon. Due to heavy amounts of rain Oregon encountered numerous floods throughout the season.
  • Maria is one of the many children who come to the Santa Isabel after school program located on the outskirts of Quito, Ecuador. The program was formed to help kids finish their homework and give them a chance to be a kid before they return home to responsibilities far beyond their years.
  • Corey Stoneburg was sent to Snake River Correctional Facility in 1995. He spent sixteen years in prison and was released this past July.
  • Josiah Malueg stands on top of La Plata Peak, 14,338 feet above sea level, and looks out across the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness area. Malueg and his four brothers spend their summers climbing 14,000-foot mountains around Colorado
  • Evelyn Clements and Judy Wirfs play water volleyball with other members of The Willamettans Family Nudist Resort. Clements, along with her 11-year-old son and husband, is a frequent visitor of the Willamettans club.
  • Oregon's Lauren Sens finished last in the discus with a distance of 37.18 Meters. Sens is a freshman and was a two-time discus champion at her high school in Elk Grove, Calif.
  • Eugene Trappers player Casey Klakus recieves a hit from a Willamette player while attempting to swing at the ball during the Eugene Irish Festival on Saturday. The Eugene Trappers lost in the final round of the tournement.
  • The Rocky Mountain Omnium's criterium was the second of three races hosted this year by Carbondale, Colorado from June 17th-19th. Streets were closed as approximately 150 racers lapped downtown on .6 mile course with nothing but left-hand turns.
  • Oregon player Devoe Joseph dribbles through LSU players Storm Warren and Chris Bass. Joseph was the leading scorer for the Oregon Ducks with a total of 25 points and six assists.
  • Oregon Ducks Middleblocker Ariana Williams blocks a set from Stanford Cardinal player Katherine Sebastian. The Ducks were able to win the first set but fell short the last three losing their match againt Stanford 3-1 (22-25, 25-20, 25-21, 25-23).
  • Two ball boys watch the Oregon cheer team during a timeout in the Oregon Ducks opening round of the National Invitation Tournament against the LSU tigers.
  • Oregon Ducks linesman empires stretch before the Oregon Ducks hockey team's rivarly game against the Washington Huskies.
